I’ve often wondered about this sign outside a building in Malmö. “Detta område är elektroniskt bevakat” (translates to something like “This area is electronically monitored”).
What does it mean? Who monitors who? And why does the sign has to be so huge? (usually, these kind of signs are quite small and discrete).
Many questions, few answers.
